i had a nice stay at the holiday inn express. the breakfast was great, with cheerful staff making it a pleasure to start the day. my room was a comfortable suite with a fridge, a microwave, and a cozy king bed. the location was super convenient, right near the main entrance.

The room was spacious and exceeded my expectations with a bed that offered great comfort. The staff greeted me warmly at check-in and maintained that friendliness throughout my stay, which made me feel welcome.

Look, the one sweet housekeeper who barely spoke English really tried to help me. Plus, I had a decent shower with good pressure, which is always a plus.

Breakfast was definitely a highlight. The cheerful staff made it enjoyable with fresh scrambled eggs and bacon. However, I did face a couple of issues. Tiny water ants showed up on the bathroom counter, which was a bit unsettling. The shampoo dispenser in the bathtub was either broken or empty, and the shower doors allowed water to leak onto the floor, making things messy. I mentioned these problems at the front desk, and they were kind enough to rebate my points, which showed they care about guest satisfaction. Although the stay had its shortcomings, I appreciated how the staff handled my concerns.

We had a lovely stay here while in town for the Orange Bowl Game. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially with our special needs son's autism support dog. The breakfast options were diverse, and the pool area was clean and inviting.
